The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for canceled orders within the specified cancellation period.

3. Defects or Damages
