1.1 Cancellation Period: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for canceled orders within the specified cancellation period.

2.2 Refund Process: Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Defects or Damages

3.2 Return Process: Users may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. If a return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
